These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pkplus platform. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read carefully before using pkplus.

Each player may hold one pkplus account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the platform.
All funds must be deposited from payment methods registered in your own name. pkplus does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible.
Bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms including wagering requirements. Attempting to abuse or circumvent bonus conditions – including multi-accounting – will void the bonus and any derived winnings.
The use of automated bots, arbitrage systems, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on pkplus is strictly prohibited. pkplus reserves the right to void bets placed through such means.
You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of pkplus is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkplus makes no warranty as to the legality of its services in any specific country or region.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkplus ("pkplus", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkplus website at pkplus.app and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, e-sports betting, and any other products offered through the platform ("Services").
By registering a pkplus account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the pkplus platform.
These Terms apply to all users of pkplus regardless of their location, device, or method of access. They should be read together with the pkplus Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms that apply to individual bonuses or offers.
2.1 Age Requirement. The Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering a pkplus account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. pkplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, pkplus will suspend or close the account and return any remaining balance, less any bonus amounts that have not been wagered.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using pkplus is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkplus makes no representation that the Services are available or lawful in any particular country or region. Users in jurisdictions where online betting or gambling is prohibited access the platform at their own legal risk.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may register one pkplus account only. Opening multiple accounts – including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers – is prohibited. pkplus may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information pkplus reasonably requests for identity and verification purposes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkplus login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or 2FA codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pkplus account, including bets placed and transactions made, whether or not you authorised those actions directly. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pkplus immediately at [email protected].
3.3 pkplus will never ask you to provide your password or full OTP codes by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the pkplus support team.
4.1 pkplus accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
4.2 All deposits must be made from payment instruments held in your own name. pkplus does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to you may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the pkplus deposit page. pkplus does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pkplus may request documents including a copy of your CNIC or passport before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not indicative of any wrongdoing.
4.5 Funds deposited into your pkplus account are held in a separate player funds account and are not used for pkplus operational purposes. In the event of pkplus insolvency, player funds are protected to the extent permitted by the terms of the applicable player funds arrangement.
4.6 pkplus reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases pkplus will notify you of the reason for the delay where legally permissible.
5.1 All pkplus bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to individual promotional terms which are published alongside each offer. These may include minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotional terms for that offer.
5.3 pkplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error. Where a bonus is withdrawn before its terms are met, any wagers already completed under that bonus will be assessed on their individual merits.
5.4 Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes a breach of the One Account Policy in clause 2.3 and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and closure of all associated accounts.
6.1 All bets placed on pkplus are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, competition, or event on which the bet is placed. These rules are published in the pkplus sportsbook help section.
6.2 pkplus reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error; (b) the result of the event was known at the time the bet was placed; (c) the event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; or (d) there is evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity affecting the event.
6.3 In the event that a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your pkplus account balance. pkplus's decision on void bets is final following the internal review process.
6.4 Cricket betting on pkplus covers PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches. Specific rules for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, super overs, and no-results are published in the cricket betting rules section.
7.1 All slot and RNG table games available on pkplus use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is carried out by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accessible within the game's information panel.
7.2 Live dealer games at pkplus Casino are operated by licensed live studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All live games use physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers in certified studio environments.
7.3 Technical malfunctions on any game – whether slot, live casino, or crash – void all play and pay associated with the affected round. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, pkplus will resolve the round according to the game provider's published disconnection policy.

10.1 pkplus reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where there is: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud or money laundering activity; (c) a failure to pass identity verification; or (d) inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months.
10.2 On account closure where no breach has occurred, any verified funds remaining in your account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to outstanding withdrawal verification requirements.
10.3 You may close your pkplus account at any time by contacting [email protected]. If a self-exclusion request is in effect, reinstatement requests will not be processed until the exclusion period has fully expired.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of betting opportunities resulting from system downtime.
11.2 pkplus's total liability to you for any single claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the deposit or stake directly giving rise to the claim.
11.3 pkplus does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access pkplus at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your device and connection are secure.
All content on the pkplus platform, including but not limited to the pkplus logo, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, odds data, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pkplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkplus content without prior written permission.
Your use of pkplus is also governed by the pkplus Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles. By using pkplus, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
pkplus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkplus will notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification no fewer than 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available at pkplus.app/terms-conditions.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkplus is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pkplus regarding a bet, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact the pkplus support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. pkplus will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body as notified by pkplus. pkplus's decision on all operational matters – including bet voidance, account closure, and bonus forfeiture – is final where the decision is made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.
